All camps have monitors or counselors, and FIPS are exactly the same! The monitors will do things like wake up the kids, eat with them, run the activities with them, sports, supervise shower times, put them to bed and generally be with their group 24/7 during the couple of days! The only thing that the monitors don’t do is teach the classes
Students will usually receive 3 hours of English classes each day of their FIP. These classes are run by our EFL teachers. Teachers working in our academies or who are based in the area can be contract to just come and teach the 3 hours of class each day and go. They will need to prepare all of their materials before the programme starts and have a meeting before each FIP.
Residential teachers are generally like teachers who also do monitor duties. They will teach in the mornings, supervise their groups, run sports sessions with them and generally have fun with their group all day long!
